Single: Felt pretty good today, considering the race yesterday. My legs were not sore, only my knee was a little tight. I went for about a mile hike with the family in the mountains in the morning and then ran from Popperton up City Creek in the early afternoon. It was a VERY nice day for running, not too hot and overcast with little to no wind. Mi 10-R1 Avg. 7:32 HR 142

Good to see you out there already after the race. Be careful with the knee though as mine is bothering me also. That course on Saturday is really bad on the knees, for some reason I have also strained my right hamstring.

Nice run and sounds like a nice time out with the family.

BTW, I like the new pic (I know it has been up for a while).

Adam,

Great job over the weekend. Congrats on the PR's, that's pretty amazing no matter what course you are running on. Keep up the ice for a couple days.

Do you have plans for this weekend? I think I will be in SLC for my wife's soccer game on Sat.

Let me know if you want to meet to run, or if you are already meeting a group, etc.

No plans yet. I would like just a 10-15 miler from the Starbucks at 6:30am again. If anyone wants to join please feel free. I will want to be slow with my knee being funny this week.
