In at 5:30, out for run at 9:30, back to work by 11:15. Nice day out today. I bit of a chill in the breeze but otherwise great. In lieu of speedwork today I did a trail run. Up Dry Creek, to BST-North, then up an extra mile toward Black Mountain. Out almost all up in 51 min, back almost all down in 39 min. Avg. 8:59

I am glad you had a good workout today and that you enjoyed the weather so much. It's good that you can take a break in the middle of the day to enjoy nature and your runs.

Love, me

Must be a tough trail for 9 min miles.

I have some bad news with my visit. I may not be able to afford the flight because they are not converting miles like I thought they would.....I am fighting this, and should know something more soon. It may have to be more in the spring time. I'll let you know.

From Adam RW on Tue, Nov 13, 2007 at 15:18:29

The up is tough. There is one half mile stretch that I was averaging 18min pace (more or less walking).

I don't undertand what is bad about you not visiting...

Spring may be better. However, we have to time it right with the marathons. Alternatively, there is a screaming fast 10K here in July. It is on Thurs July 24th. Deseret 10K. You could definitely break 31 on it...
