AM Single: Recover and assess. It was already in the upper 70s at 6:30am. It didn't feel too bad but always discouraging for the rest of the day when the slight breeze is warm... I'm happy with the way my legs feel at this time. Though I know two days post is usually the worst. My quads are tired and other odd aches and pains but otherwise no worse for the wear. To the MG outlook and back. Mi 6-R2 Avg. 10:22 (missed my goal was short for half as fast as yesterday...)

Scratched the PM run as I was running late from work and knew I'd be going longer tomorrow instead, same weekly total.

I see you officially decided to do Provo half? I'm sorry that you'll miss out on the fun of a trail race!

From Adam RW on Fri, Jul 25, 2008 at 10:10:58

Yeah, I was really torn by the decision but I think overall it will be better prep for me for STG. I need to get my half time under 1:15...

From Jon on Sat, Jul 26, 2008 at 11:56:42

That is what TOU 1/2 is for!

From Adam RW on Sat, Jul 26, 2008 at 12:42:51

Agreed that that is a good option. However, I'm a creature of habit and want to keep my streak of SL 1/2s alive. That and I'm afraid of running against you until the big day :)...
