AM: Just blah this morning. Ended up sleeping in an extra hour. It was a little cooler this morning but I wore less so I was a bit chilly. With the really "warm" weather the last few days and now the cold the way in was a sheet of ice. Luckily it was rough enough that it was very slippery. Just took it slow for a commute run. 2.5 mi Avg. 10:14

PM: The day went much better than yesterday. Also, after a day of traffic and above freezing temps the streets were more or less ice free for my run. I did another modified home loop. 8 mi Avg. 8:06 HR 132

Nice job Adam. Hang in there through the ugly winter stuff. Your doing great so far.

Don't you wish some morning you could sleep all day. At least you got out there and did a few. Have you had to run in any heavy wind lately. Here it's been awful.

Kory, I like the warmth of the bed and my wife appreciates it when I don't go to sleep after her and wake-up before her. We have been fairly lucky with wind. Also, since I'll run in AM, PM, or treadmill I've tried to avoid the worst of it. I have a weekly mileage goal and I allow the day-to-day to vary with distance and intensity depending on weather and feel.

Clyde, I you could always try and bottle some of your weather and send it up to us :)
