AM: Hope to get in some more mileage tonight. We will see. This morning was just a door to door commute run. Avg. 10:07 yes 10:07... HR 153 obviously not rested...

PM: You have to love the summer. It is nice to be able to get the girls to bed and still run in the light. I also timed it perfectly so that I was at Tanner Park as the sun was half over the horizon reflecting off of the Salt Lake. My legs were sore and I'm still pretty tired but I ended the day in a much better mood than I started it. Avg. 7:54 HR 149 much better...

From Adam RW on Thu, May 07, 2009 at 22:29:23 from 155.101.240.182

This is a super lite year. I only have 4 races planned and none of them are "serious". I went into this year thinking how I'm going to juggle the growing family and the increasing work load. My plan right now is for a race in New Orleans the second weekend of June. I'm going to a meeting of 30,000+ and they host their own 5K (~1,000 people, mostly walkers). Then there is a Utah holiday 10K that I've run each year I've been here. It is super fast aided course but I've been struggling with doing it or not because of some lagging knee pain. Then a 1/2 in Aug and a full in Sept. But I do not have time goals for any of the races just stay healthy and think about a sub-2:35 for Oct '10 and a sub-2:30 for Oct '11.
