Personal:

Married for 44 years to a wonderful and supportive wife. She's run 2 marathons herself in our earlier years so that helps.  4 boys, all married, and 10 grandchildren.  2 sons are runners. I celebrated 39 years of running madness, insanity, or at least OCD, on August 23rd, 2021.

9:00 a.m.  5 mile run to mouth of Middle Canyon above golf course and back with Tina.  44:07.  Slightly overcast, 28 degrees.

10:30 a.m.  6 mile run with Tina in 52:29, 8:44 AP.  Left knee still bugging me some, mostly afterwards.  Cloudy and 35 degrees.

5:45 p.m.  60+ minutes at the gym with Sharon.  20/20 elliptical/recumbent cycling.  20+ minutes on light upper body weights 3 x 15 x 6 machines.

10:00 a.m.  4 miles easy in 38:12.  Overcast, 35 degrees.  Pioneer to 900 S. then back on SR 36 ver to 50 E. alley and down to Pinehurst and Glenwwood loop and back home.  Left leg and knee are really bothering me, especially afterwards.  May be an ITB problem.

 5:30 p.m.  40 minutes at the gym with Sharon.  20/20 elliptical/cycling.

9:00 a.m.  3 miles, easy and mostly on the grass around the fields at THS.  Knee a bit more normal today.

9:30 a.m. run with Tina from Tooele to Stansbury High School.  8 miles in 1:05:54, 8:14 AP.  Slow last mile.  Left knee still not feeling too great, but a good run anyway.  Clear and sunny, but cold compared to yesterday and a bit breezy.  Where was the rain or snow we were supposed to get?  The weather dudes missed it a bit, I'd say.
