5 miles on the treadmill at 5:00 a.m. in 41:31.  Pushed it a bit the second half.  Felt okay.  Roads were slick and icy this morning.  Should be fair tomorrow morning for my last 14 miler in preparation for Painter's Half Marathon in St. George next weekend.  Right now they're predicting sunshine there, at least on Friday, with a high in the mid 50's.  That would be a lot like last year.  I ran 1:35, but not sure I have that in me this time.  We'll see.

I saw that on the news too last night. I am so hoping for nice weather and it looks like we are going to get it. How did you dress for it? I am guessing layer cause it's gonna be cold at the start. Did most runners end in a t-shirt and shorts?

Last year I ran in shorts with just a long sleeve t-shirt and a vest. I also started out with gloves, but had to toss them. A lot of people had sweat tops tied around them at the finsh as I remember it. I've learned not to trust the weather people to much 7 days out, so it could change, but let's hope for the best. Good luck. You'll do great.
