Personal:

I was a single mom.  Two times over.  We all survived, despite the fact that I make atrocious decisions.  Then, I met a man I didn't deserve.  And he loves me so much.  And I love him. We lived in sin and bought a house for two years then hired a judge and officially got married(to our great delight and also the delight of our mothers), then a month later he was diagnosed with cancer.  Well we survived all that and he's 100% fine now.  But, we're really out of shape and really busy with kids and jobs and running just isn't my priority and there's so many other layers to all of it, but I'm running anyway.  This is my failure blog now.  Just to log that one run a week if I snag it.
Somehow that matters and I want that run recorded.

8:33 AP. Night shift.  3 hour couch-kid-coma.  8 unshaded loops. 96 degrees, dewpoint 66.  Glad when that was done.  Next: NAP.  It's official.  I'm skinny again for the first time in over a year.

Weight: 106.00

btw I haven't lost any more weight. I need to eat so I guess I am forgetting the diet and dealing with the jiggly gut thinking "I wonder if I didn't have this would I be faster?" Nope I would just freeze in the river. I use it for my river soaks. Mel and Julie shiver while I am able to hang out without a shake. It's all my blubber.

Couch kid coma: This is where I lay on the couch with half my brain asleep and the other half watching the kids. I switch sides of the brain occasionally. It is not particularly restful but when I have been up for 24 hours and no one else is there to watch the kids it is the only rest I can get. I admit, I am assisted by morning cartoons in this desperate attempt to sleep and parent at the same time.

Hope you can get some real sleep soon, keep slogging away!
