ARSHS. 5:25 a.m. Very chilly this morning! A lot of cars had snow on them from Enumclaw and some places in Federal Way. I enjoyed running on the track and looking at a bright full moon as I went. I was tired from eating a burrito late last night as I was also up late from the Spring Fair. Ran 11 laps. switching directions as usual on the mile.

Soos Creek Trail. 5:30 p.m. Kent, WA. Lisa and I met at a new spot close to where we ran last week but slightly closer to where I live. It was a gravel parking lot on the R handside. We ran up the trail so we took it to the Left and went for about 3 miles then turned around. It was goregous weather for a run! Sun shinning and nice and clear skies. There were a lot of rolling hills which made it difficult but a great work out! We had a lot of fun chatting. Denali came a long too as Lisa pushed her. I pushed her some on mile 4-5. Unfortunetly, she got fussy near the end and Lisa wanted to stop and stay with her. So the last mile I ran on because I had to get home for dinner. Great run though!
