Parents home. Paradise, CA. 9:00 a.m. Dad and I ran over to Beyond Fitness from our home a little after 9 a.m. We took the route through the cemetery to the PHS and to club. We then had 10 min to stretch, cool down, and get ready for Core Body Glide work out. We did about 20 min of the work out sliding on these discs and stretching, push ups, and balance. Great work out but almost harder this time because I could feel the sore muscles from Monday. However, I felt my form might have been better this time. We then ran back to PHS and ran 1 1/2 miles on track then back home. We got over 3 miles this way. The run this time was difficult but not as hard as last time. We ran at a slower pace though.
