Warmed up with 3 miles then ran 4 miles at LT. Almost threw in the towel during the first 1/4 mile because I couldn't get my legs to turnover very well. Decided to just push through it and see what would happen. Splits were 6:36, 6:33, 6:36 and 6:26. Last mile was aided so it really wasn't that much faster than the others. Pace was a little slower than I wanted. |
