Windy, windy. Loved running with the wind but hated running into it. Legs feel very tight. The half marathon on Saturday is going to be very ugly.

Yes, it is the Moab 1/2. I was originally shooting for 1:25. My revised goal is now to keep it under 1:30 which might be a stretch. At least I will know how much work I will have to do to get back to where I want to be. The good thing is that the desire to start working hard is creeping back in to my mind.
