Talked myself out of running several times this morning.  Evenutally got out the door and got in a few miles.  Almost turned back for home after getting to the top of the street.  Just one of those mornings.  Ran the Orchard Dr. loop at an easy pace.  Keeping the mileage low this week so that I am ready for Big Cottonwood next week.

Good job Andy! Are you pacing or racing BC?

I'm pacing the 3:35 at BC. That was supposed to be the time that Becky was going to run it in but she has trained so well, she will be finishing way ahead of me. Trying to decide if I should move up to the 3:25 to run with her.

I have been trying to get my body to the point where I can properly train for a marathon before I race another one. I'm getting close and will probably race a couple next year.

Very cool. I have a friend that is hoping for 3:20 so I was curious as to if anyone is pacing that time. I think it is awesome how well Becky and Shantell have been training...you should definitely try and switch.

Also you will absolutely be ready to roll for some fast times next year. :)

They are only doing pacers for the popular BQ times so there is not a 3:20 pacer.

Have fun pacing at BC. The few times I've been a pacer were a lot of fun.
