Still feeling pepless. Lots of little aches and pains in my legs. Sometimes I forget how long it takes to start feeling normal again after a marathon. It was a beautiful morning which makes it so much easier to get out the door.

Good job on getting out there, I have notice lack of pep in my legs too and I didn't work nearly as hard as you did!
The pep will come back soon I am sure.

I had zero pep as well. Dang ...
