Started off with 3 easy miles then ran 3 at LT and finished with 3 easy miles.  I was going to run 5 LT miles but my achilles started to flare up so I called it good after 3.  Splits for the LT miles were: 6:27, 6:30, 6:25.  Still feel like my head is in a fog.  Not sure if I am a little sick or just overly tired.

Nice run especially with a foggy head. Do you feel like that achilles problem is getting any better or just not getting worse?

From Andy on Fri, Apr 02, 2010 at 12:01:48 from 199.190.170.31

I thought it was getting better but made the mistake of not taking any days off this week. I am having difficulty walking today so I have no idea if it is better or worse. Hopefully I can make it through tomorrow's long run then I can have a day off.

Hope the achilles improves. If you are having that much pain with it, I would reconsider the long run tomorrow. Pushing through that kind of pain could lead to more injury which would be worse that skipping a training run.

Dang, hate that achilles, speaking from experience.

I did update your Mag Cover -- I did yours early in my learning curve, so it is better now.

How long are you going tomorrow? Are you meeting with the group? I only have to do 12 so I might meet with the group if I can find the new meeting place.

Kathie - Supposed to run 18 tomorrow but it depends on how I feel. If it is bothering me I will either cut it short or not run at all. We are heading to St. George for spring break so I may end up doing the long run Monday down there after a couple of rest days. The meeting place is easy to find. It is the big Frontrunner parking lot in Farmington just off of Park Lane.

Paul - Not so sure I like the new cover. Hits too close to home.

Paul, I almost forgot. You can add this to your magazine collection: http://www.xmission.com/~abx3/rp_ew.jpg

Sorry the achilles was not happy this morning. May be a good idea to rest a day or two.

NICE LT pace despite foggy head and sore achilles. You were smart to cut the LT miles short.

Have a GREAT Easter weekend!

ANDY ----

PLEASE do not do your long run tomorrow. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE. Wait until Monday. Seriously, PLEASE. I can not tell you how many times I have gone over my 22 miler in my head from last Saturday. I should have stopped the run when the pain started and tried again a couple days later. I feel sick to my stomach just thinking about it. Please don't do it.

From Andy on Fri, Apr 02, 2010 at 19:30:58 from 198.60.114.178

Teena - What is it that you are trying to say?

From Teena Marie on Fri, Apr 02, 2010 at 19:34:04 from 63.226.93.26

Seriously Andy, please.
