Paced back and forth debating whether or not I should run today.  I was late and didn't have time for a full run so I thought maybe it wasn't worth it.  Forced myself out the door and put in a few miles.  Felt good and am glad I went.

even a few miles is good for us, mentally and physically. they might not make great strides in our fitness, but it is worth it for the other benefits. nice job

Thanks Tim. I feel so slow and unfit right now. Now that the weather is getting better I think the motivation will be easier to find.
