Met up with the running club this morning. The course they decided on has a pretty tough climb in the middle of it. I guess that it is good practice for next week's Striders 10k. The weather was a little dreary but it had somewhat of a calming effect. I felt pretty good during the run except my hamstring started to tighten towards the end. Still going with the 5 hours of sleep per night which is starting to take it's toll. Total Time: 1:46:17 (7:34/mile) |
