It was one of those mornings.  A morning where everything seemed to be perfect.  The weather was ideal and I got to see the sunrise I have been waiting for.  I decided to make it a good, punishing run.  It has been a long time since I have run hills so I ran from my house up to Bountiful Blvd.which is a good climb.  I pushed myself going up.  I have missed the feeling of my legs and lungs burning and my heart pounding so hard it feels like it is going to come out of my chest.  Hit the top and stopped for a minute to enjoy the view.  Started backed down and the form felt good until the last 2 miles.  As I fatigued my form got a little sloppy.  Had that familiar light headedness at the end of the run indicating that I put in a solid effort.  It was a great start to the day.

WOW!!! Sounds incredible.

I now feel like such a slacker as I am leisurely peddling on my bike while blogging.

Stink -- I better at least get on the elliptical. :)

Nice job!

So, is lunch tomorrow? I am so confused. I work in the morning but can hopefully be out the door by noon -- but who knows.

My legs have been drained too, even with the vacation.

Teena - It is too nice of a day to exercise inside. I haven't heard anything about tomorrow.

Nice, makes me want to get out and run hard and make my lungs burn.

Andy I felt the same this morning doing my hill workout, the legs were burning and my heart was leaping out of my chest, good times;)

Hmmm ... I talked to Smooth on the phone yesterday morning and she was saying something about Friday. But she was running out the door to the airport to pick up her daughter ... so we really didn't get farther than that. Stink!
