It was just too cold to be outside for more than 5 miles.  Ran the last 2 miles at a quicker pace just to get the legs moving.

It was 12 degrees. Actually not that bad but I just wasn't in the mood to deal with it. It takes too long for the muscles get warmed up.

I only stayed out for four and then did 5 more on the treadmill...I liked it outside better to tell the truth!
