I was so tired last night.  I have no idea what time I fell asleep but it was early.  I vaguely remember telling my son that he could sleep over at his friends house.  Since he wasn't there to watch my girls in the morning I had to cut the run short.  I'm kind of glad I did because I had very little energy this morning.  After the run my girls wanted to go running so we went out for a 1/2 mile run.  Emma surprised me a little and built a bit of a lead on Gracie.  Gracie is very intense and competitive so I told her to catch up to Emma and she kicked it into another gear and closed the gap and eventually caught her.

How fun is that, to go on a run with your daughters. That makes running all worth it.

Andy,

Loved reading your post. Twins are so much fun (most of the time). When I watch my kids run I think, "Dang ... it is so natural and fun to them ... how do I get me some of that?" (Although, after about 10 minutes they want to move on to the next fun activity.)

I'm sure they LOVED their run with Dad! (Btw ... is that all your kids have to do to get what they want? Make sure that you are super tired and then ask??) Good stuff.
