I'm going to take a rest day and see if that helps liven up my legs. I also just realized that my shoes need to be replaced which may be contributing to some of the extra soreness.

good plan. i was quite frustrated with running this spring after weeks of feeling horrible. i bought new shoes and it changed everything. reborn! (even if it was only a mental thing, sometimes it helps).
