Foot feels a little better with the extra day of rest but I had no energy during the run.  Thinking that a spring marathon is not going to happen in 2011.

Spring is a long time away but training would have to start in a few weeks and I have let my base slip too much.

just target some smaller races for the spring to sharpen the speed and then gear up for a big fall marathon

there is plenty of training to do for a fast 5K or 10K or half...
