Felt very tired mentally. Ran a slighly hillier course to force myself to work a little harder. These weren't big hills, just a long, steady climb for the first 6 or 7 miles. Couldn't really get into the run until the last mile. Resting tomorrow should help me snap out of this funk. Avg HR = 155 Total Time = 1:21:30 Higher HR and slower pace due to elevation increases. |
