Didn't get a chance to run yesterday so I decided to put in a long run today.  Yesterday was the first Saturday that I missed this year.  It was probably for the best because I always have a terrible run the first Saturday in August.  I felt good today and decided to put in some big hills during the second half of the run so I ran up to Mueller Park junior high.  My legs started to burn quite a bit towards the end but I felt good for the most part.

Hey! I was hoping to be first on the mileage board, since so many runners out there in Utah take it as a rest day, but you beat me! Nice work and way to do hills on that distance!

I find that Sunday is a great day to do a long run around these parts; for some reason the trails are real quiet! Nice run man.
