Definitely a step in the right direction.  Legs feel a little bit better but still are dead.

Kory - My plan right now is to not run any marathons in 2009. Of course, I said the same thing about 2008 and ended up running 5. I would like to run a bunch of 5k's and 1/2 marathons just so I can feel fast again.
