Brrrrrrrrr (is that enough r's).  I don't think that a normal person would be outside voluntarily when it is 5 degrees.  Everything felt good and I felt like I was moving well but looking at the splits now my pace was all over the place.  My throat is a little sore and I am not sure if it is the start of a cold or if it is from running in the gunky for the past couple of weeks.

My vote is that it's this icky air!!! But I would take some Emergen-C just in case!!!!

Nice run though! I'm sure your pace was pretty dang consistent. For you, just a slight fluctuation might cause you to say that it was all over the place. What was the median pace? What was the average? What was the probability that you would stay within the first deviation the entire 9 miles??? I crack myself up!!!! So pathetic!!! :)

I started calculating all of those until I realized you were joking. See, you did learn something in your stats class.

Nice run, I am sure it is the bad air and how cold the air is too.

5 degrees!!!!! I'd be in bed crying like a baby, not outside running. Very tough!

Normal is so boring! See! You're TOUGH and COOL! :)

That cold icky air can really irritate your airway. Drink plenty of soothing fluids and EmergenC is a must!!!

There's seems to be a lot of sickness for a lot of people this winter. Can't wait for spring time and warmer temps. Winter just plain stinks!
