Started with 3 easy miles and didn't feel very energetic. I then ran 2 miles at marathon pace and felt really good (6:42, 6:38). Finished with 3 more miles at an easy pace and felt very fatigued. I am encouraged that the MP miles felt good but am concerned that the easy miles were so bad. It seems like I'm sweating more so I'm not sure if it is more humid than usual or if my body is going through something funny. |
