AM - Progression run with the guys, it was really good I went the whole 10 miles and hit solid splits. Last 4 miles were sub 6 and last 2 were sub 5:40

PM - 4 easy miles with Justin, Ben, and Pickle

9 easy miles up to the Indian reservation, it started pouring and it was super muddy but it was awesome... Did 3 later with Dylan and Mitch

Super hard day... Did 2 mile warmup to the reservation, then did 3 mile tempo that sucked cuz it was all uphill. Then did 4x 2:20 hill repeats up this huge hill that was rough... I got murdered by like everyone today

Drove 30 min up Logan Canyon to Limberpine Trailhead, where we ran on a fire road. It started up 7500ft and got up to 8500ft in 7 miles, so a pretty gradual climb. It was awesome, easily my favorite new run
