AM - Elliptical for 20 minutes...I actually enjoy it every once in a while! PM - Strength training for 30 minutes. Short run around Sugarhouse right as the thunderstorm moved in! I still feel sore, but not necessarily tired. My work is going to highlight me in their monthly Healthy Lifestyles Spotlight! I'm pretty sure my co-workers are going to think I'm nuts after I tell them how much I exercise. I'm also not really sure if eating ice cream every night qualifies as "food in moderation", but what can you do?
