AM - Spin class. Took a while to get going this morning but still had a good workout. PM - Tried out running again today. My feet immediately felt like they had just run a 22 miler plus some- very very sore. It didn't hit the point of pain, though, like yesterday. Kept it only to 3 miles in hopes that I will be able to run 10 miles tomorrow with JAJA. Icing now.
