AM - Spin class 45 minutes. Took a while to get moving because I only woke up 10 minutes prior to the class and wasn't quite awake enough for sprints. PM - 30 minutes of strength training. Headed to the Olympus track to cheer on Jake and Adam on their track workout and run on a softer surface. Had some mild pains every once in a while, but not bad. Ran 4.7 miles or so.
