Personal:

I am originally from Knoxville, TN and moved to SLC with Jake in 2010. I started racing in 2011 and had some great success before a major injury hit me in July 2012. I had athletic pubalgia surgery in May 2013...then again in Sept 2014 and am still trying to get back to my old self. Although running is my true passion, I love doing pretty much anything active outdoors - backcountry skiing, backpacking, biking, etc.

I've been running for the Saucony Team since 2011. I enjoy representing the brand and really do believe they make the best shoes :)

I work as a Quality Engineer for BD Medical in Sandy.

Anyone want to join me for a run tomorrow morning? I was thinking 10-15 miles in the 7:30-8:30 pace range. I'm flexible and also have an extra free breakfast offer for Gepettos that needs to be used this weekend.... :o)

I need to do 15ish miles tomorrow, but I'm planning on running 9mm. That maybe too slow :) If you are interested, let me know!

way to NOT be OCD and stretch out the x-training to an even 40 minutes :-)

I was going to run 13-15 tomorrow. I ran pretty hard today, so I'm all for keeping it at a controlled pace. I know it's not the most exciting run, but do you want to meet on the River Trail at 33rd south? We could run out to Gardner Village and back. That should be 15. Say ... 7 am? Let me know!

Wish I could join but I think I am going to try and save some gas money and run close to home tomorrow.

Are you not going to AZ with Jake? How unfair is that!!

Free breakfast? I wish I was in Utah!

Wish I could keep the pace to run with you! Stink.

My hubby is going camping tonight, and wont be home until around 10 am. If he was here I would totally come up. I can't wait to run outside under the big blue sky tomorrow! Someday we need to meet up and run for sure though!

From Andrea on Fri, Mar 09, 2012 at 18:01:31 from 67.177.21.60

Toby - I think I'm going to try to run a little faster this Saturday...although I might regret it tomorrow!

Emily - any chance you would be willing to change it to 7:30am? I have to warn you, I'm afraid to run any faster than 7:30 pace right now b/c of my feet and might not be able to make it the full 15 miles! Still want to run with me? :o)

Rachelle - Nope, not going to AZ this time. Going to be a lonely weekend!!

From Tara on Fri, Mar 09, 2012 at 18:20:27 from 75.169.142.238

I would so meet up if I wasn't racing. Need a little Andrea talent to rub off on me. I'll get that fix soon enough. Summer is coming!

From DaleG on Fri, Mar 09, 2012 at 19:07:34 from 71.199.57.238

Nice job. Next time go 41 minutes.

From emruns on Fri, Mar 09, 2012 at 19:08:07 from 76.27.114.171

7:30 is fine. We'll go as long as you want to. I can always add on if I want to run more. Like I said, I'm pretty hammered from today, so a recovery pace would probably do me some good.

From Andrea on Fri, Mar 09, 2012 at 19:36:22 from 67.177.21.60

EMily - great! Meet you at 33rd JRP at 7:30am.

Everyone is asleep. But maybe I will crash this party. Hope you don't mind.
