Half Marathon Finish

Running Accomplishments:

I have never ran in my life but am working hard to change that. I feel great knowing I am conquering something I never believed I could do. I am over weight (obese by the charts) and am hoping that a healthy diet and running will replace the bad habits that have brought me to this place.

Short-Term Running Goals:

To do a 5k at a respectable pace...I am VERY slow right now but I am going to change that:)

Long-Term Running Goals:

I would love to do a half-marathon. God willing my DREAM would be to finish a marathon...

Personal:

I am a little bit crazy, free spirited, mouthy mom of 2 kids under 2. My husband is the best friend I have ever had and I am VERY happily married. I want to get healthy, teach my children good life habits, and lead an active life.

Grrrr...so my mom usually comes and watches my littles so I can run for an hour a day but today I had to take my sister to the hospital for an appt...so no run:( I can try to get one in tonight but it is SOOO hard after a day of kid chasing...I hate that every day that I feel like I CAN do this is followed by one that makes me doubt it:(
