Finally felt a little stronger today! Started out with legs of lead again. Started attributing it to the jalepenos i ate last night. Gradually they started to stretch out however, and I didnt feel like death upon finishing. Even picked up the pace for a few strides. Need to remain determined. Need to keep running at the constant forefront of my mind. I am going to live and breathe running, read about it every chance i get for motivation, be mindful of every nutritional choice i make, and race that half marathon in january. Who knows how long I have to be healthy in this lifetime, and if not now, when? PS - no more jalepenos, they always f me up. |
