Walked this morning with friends to get our 32 cent drink. Felt good to get the legs stretched out but the bruising on the side of my foot is hurting real bad. Think I need to stay off of it for a few more days, even though I am dying to go run a few miles!

Thought I would go out and run a little to see how the foot and ankle do. Just ran 2 miles and my ankle hurt a little but it was better than I thought. Think I will go 2 or 3 tomorrow and work it back in slowly. Good to get out and run again.
