Married for 13 years to Dave and have 4 beautiful daughters, along with many high school cross country runners I refer to as Dave's other family. Currently attending Dixie State College as a Psychology major and will graduate December 2013.

6 miles with friends then 1 mile with Rylee. I was really excited to see my mileage added up from June- 163.50 miles!

two days in a row I forgot to start my watch. Good thing we run the same loop everyday...not really. I'm really needing a new route!

By myself this morning so I went out at 6 instead of 5:15. Kind of a nice change to run with my iPod.  Only went 4 since I will be running long tomorrow- which I am looking forward to!

Started out at Dammeron Valley and ran down the course with Terri and Jolene. I felt really good, and used my new hand held water bottles. Debbie met us 8 miles left of the route.  Met my mom and we ran down the last 5.5 together. Finished off running down Bluff to Clairidge Inn after getting a coke- of course! 

This is the longest I've gone and I feel really good. Stretched really good after and used the stick. I am looking forward to longer runs and the marathon!
