i feel so sick!!! Today's run was a struggle to keep up even know we weren't going fast! We just did 5 behind the high school😄❤️🏃🏼

morning run at the high school! There was way more people there than I thought would show up. 

Then me and Shawnee were late to afternoon practice cuzz we were getting a sports massage!🎉  we still did the hill repeat workout behind the school though😢 I was coughing so bad today! I need to get on some hardcore drugs, I think, if I'm gonna get better! ❤️🏃🏼

me and Shawnee only were at morning practice today cuzz we went to the doctors in the afternoon and he checked our lungs!!!😅 it was really nerve racking cuzz my family kept telling me I was going to have to get a shot in my LUNGS!!! But I didn't so it was ok😂  he gave us some meds to clear up our cough so we should b good👍🏼❤️🏃🏼

no morning run today!!!🎉 It felt SO good to sleep in! My cough if pretty much gone now! We ran down to little valley to grab water and get wet in the splash pad! I like that run cuzz we always take a pretty good break👍🏼 and we stayed as a good group today!!! That is like a big thing for our girls team! We ended the run with 8 girls and that like NEVER happens so we're getting better!!! Yay!❤️🏃🏼

wirkout today at little valley park! It was a new workout do I really liked it... It was a latter workout so one person did 1 min the next did 2 min. We did 1, 2, 3, 3, 2, 1 as our workout, Madi &  Bailey did the first min, I led the 2min, Shawnee had the 3, trin had the other 3min, Sammi had the 2min, and then lily had the last minute!!! We ran right by my house... TWICE!!!! I was so ready just to go in and sleep! But I didn't cuzz I knew my bike was at the park still😂 ❤️🏃🏼
