5 km in 22:31 on treadmill. Marathon pace although I am 100% sure that my treadmill is running too fast. Possibly by 1 km per hour. I don't think I could put together 8 of those runs non stop marathon day. At any rate it's good training. Next week I am to be able to run 10 km (treadmill) marathon pace. I'll aim to do another 5 km tonight in the same time. 5 km in 25:36 on treadmill. My shin was giving me real grief after 1 mile at marathon pace so I slowed down to an easy pace. Icing it up now! Happy with my runs today :)
