10 km in 48:23 on road averaging 12.4 kph. Hot and humid. Ran at marathon pace for km's 2 >3, 4 >5 to see if i could get it down to a couple of seconds and I was pretty close to it. From km's 8 > 10 I ran a little faster than marathon pace into a good headwind...it cooled me down!
