Short-Term Running Goals:
I want to run a 4.4 40 yard dash.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Run a full 26 mile marathon.
I got lost which created a detour, which added more milage.
When I checked on google maps, it was 6 miles for the newbies.
I have problems remembering directions at the Cottonwood course, so I fell behind and had to get directions, making me miss another mile that I know I could have done.
I hope everything we've done this week can improve my speed in the 10 k!
Did a quick run around the park to keep the legs in active recovery from soreness. Excited for the 10k!
