I'm a graduate from Pine View, where I was a member of the XC and Track and Field teams.  I loved being a Panther.  I am currently up at USU, graduating in Psychology in the Spring. Not sure what I'll do after graduation...I love spending time outside-hiking, camping, and running.  I love the simple things that make life wonderful :)

well, ive missed fast running blog so much!  i've decided to make it a part of my last track season.  so that is exciting :) i really dont know why i ever stopped!!!

anyways, running has gotten off to a shakey start, with some injuries in the shin/calf area, but they seem to be under control as of right now.  i am increasing mileage slowly (doctors orders) which is really difficult for me and it is requiring a lot of patience.  but i am grateful for every opportunity that i have to run.  good run today with alli.  felt really good and im finally getting back into my groove which i am so glad.  also, i am so excited to be back with my fav team tomorrow!!!!!
