only got a mile in because I had my last PT appointment!!! so yay! I'm feeling good. A little ache, but that's normal because I haven't been running so my muscles need a little longer to build up normal strength. But I am feeling good about running and I'm going to force myself to keep taking care of myself so I can be injury free! that's the goal :) bit it was way good to be back with the team even though it was only for a mile. Ready to run more tomorrow. |
