5 easy miles at 8:10 pace. It was sprinkling when I left, which quickly turned into a downpour. I was running in several inch deep water by the end of the run. It's that sort of adventure that makes running enjoyable to me. 

My legs are feeling pretty heavy from my long run on Saturday. It felt good to get some blood flowing. I don't have much soreness, and I'm planning on doing a 12 mile medium-long run tomorrow.
