No profile

The reason there is no picture of me or any info on my blog is because the screen where I am supose to type is grey and won't let me type. And all my picture's are to big. I shrunk them down but they won't go small enough.
Can you tell me what to do?  I played with it for a long time one afternoon but I did not get anywhere.

Quick fix: Click on the Firefox button on the right of your blog page. Download and install Firefox. Use Firefox as your browser.
Real fix: One day I will get to it. Some browsers (probably some older MSIE) cannot deal with the rich text editor on that page. I need to identify them and disable rich text when those browsers are detected.
