Painters 1/2 vs Striders 1/2

I know a number of us who just ran Painters are also planning on the Striders 1/2. I'm trying to get some idea timewise what to expect to be able to run Striders in based on last weeks Painters results. Anyone have a good feel for how the 2 courses might compare?
I have run the full Ogden marathon before so I'm somewhat familiar with the course and my first impression is that Striders would be a bit quicker than Painters since it's net downhill. However with the difference in elevation perhaps the difference isn't all that significant?

They would be equal if Painters 1/2 was actually a half marathon. Add about a minute to your official time in Painters.
