Yeah, I really enjoyed it.  Seems like a great, down-to-earth guy who works hard.  Although the comment about running sub-2:00 at SGM made me laugh.

Hey if he came here to STG and did it I would buy the guy a cheeseburger, ok I would buy him a cheeseburger even if he didn't break 2 hours.  I liked the quote planning on running 5 miles in the morning, so I can eat bacon and eggs for breakfast.  Also loved the questions about the safety of working at Home Depot?

I already eat bacon and eggs every day for breakfast. Usually I do this before I run, though. It's my secret to success!

I had a hamburger last night at Ruby Tuesdays and that's my success for the next morning run.  Brian is a 100% blue collar guy.   I think we don't need to take running seriously, but just enjoy it.
