I am running in St. George Hoping for a BQ (3:35:59) I am looking for someone who is aiming for 3:30. I am typically a 'lone' runner but have found running with someone can be very beneficial.

TOU for Cody and myself.  And hoping for no rain and a strong tailwind...

On a related note, the TOU 1/2 marathon has apparently exploded with popularity.  It went from 415 in 2005 to 663 in 2007 to 1147 last year to over 2000 this year!  It has trippled in size since 2007 and may now be bigger than TOU marathon.

Running St. George, shooting for a PR so under 2:44:59.  If there is rain and like last year I'm just going to stay the weekend up in Pine Valley and forget about the race, don't want to have another experience like last year. However, I think we'll have great weather this year, last year was pretty rare.

Doing neither this year.  Trying to focus on the Pocatello marathon and work.  In fact this could be my last marathon for sometime.

Doing TOU as a final training run so that I get into St. George via the Grand Slam. Then hoping for a PR and a sub 5:00 in St. George. (And praying for better weather than last year).

I will be running SGM this for the first time.  Let's hope for good weather.  My goal is to finish in under 3 hours.

I just created a new post but... Logan and I are going to set up a pace group at STGM to help people go sub 3. Target time of around 2:58-2:59. If your sitting on the fence come join us and we'll help you BQ and more.
