I ran for three years in high school, first for Pleasant Grove, then for Lone Peak. My times were never very competitive, but I enjoyed the feeling of being in good shape and the distance running camaraderie. 

Long-Term Running Goals:

  • Complete an Ironman Triathalon
  • Stay fit throughout my life!

Personal:

I'm an undergraduate student studying Economics at Utah State. I enjoy reading and basketball.

Ran up to Green Canyon then did a few miles on the trail before turning around. My legs were feeling it today, not sure why. Yesterday's run was pretty lax. Although I don't have a ton of miles on my shoes, I'm going to look into getting some more this next week. Could feel a lot of the rocks on the trail. Happy with how my week of running went.

when's that half in utah you're racing? i'm debating coming up to provo for the summer and if i do i'm definitely trying to get as many races in as i can. is it the utah valley half?
