I ran for three years in high school, first for Pleasant Grove, then for Lone Peak. My times were never very competitive, but I enjoyed the feeling of being in good shape and the distance running camaraderie. 

Long-Term Running Goals:

  • Complete an Ironman Triathalon
  • Stay fit throughout my life!

Personal:

I'm an undergraduate student studying Economics at Utah State. I enjoy reading and basketball.

Ran in Provo with a few guys from the LP crew. Was a good time. Lower calf was still hurting but it wasn't awful.

keep it up bro! supplement some core or biking in if you need to.

i'm like 50/50 on if i'll end up running the utah valley half, if i don't though i'll still be in provo and i'll totally come to cheer you on.

Biking I've been doing, the core is what I really need to start doing lol.

Sounds good, let me know what your final decision ends up being. Regardless if you race then or not, we will have to do a few trail runs over the summer.
