| Ran around on some roads in North Logan. It was warmer out than I thought it was, shouldn't have brought my beanie.

| This week got real crazy with school work. I didn't like taking the time off from running to get study more, but I pay a lot of money to go to school so I figured I probably needed to put time in to do well in it. Spent just about every waking moment Wednesday-Friday studying and doing homework. Glad those few days are behind me.
For my run today I went up Hassleback ridge to the billboards that are on top of the mountain. Power hiked the steepest parts. Wasn't as tough as I thought it would be, although my legs are a little sore. Going down was rather annoying because it was too steep to let myself go, had to hold my momentum back to keep myself from falling.
Not the week of training I was hoping for, but it's not the end of the world. Finals start in a week, this next week no assignments are due so it's just studying. Will have time to run everyday.

| Ran in and around south Logan today, went through a few neighborhoods that I hadn't before. My quads were sore from going down the mountain on Saturday, but a mile and a half in that went away. I forgot my gloves which was a mistake, but besides that an A+ run.

| Ran up into Hyde park, found a cool pyramid playground that is like the lite version of the one by Westlake high school. Didn't feel very good, kind of a rough run.
Finished reading a book about breathing today. Based on what it said, I have a handful of things I need to change. I'm going to work on breathing better when I'm not working out first, because I tried to breathe differently on this run and I was dying haha. Taking my marketing final tonight, tis the season of long nights of studying and little sleep.

| It snowed last night, so I had an inch and a half of fresh snow to run on last night. Fresh snow is arguably my favorite thing to run on. I ran up to Logan Canyon, went to the end of the highline trail and back. Once I was on the trail I didn't see anyone, that was nice.

| Felt really good today, picked it up the last mile and hit 6:18. Didn't feel very tired after, I guess I'm starting to get in decent shape which is a good feeling.

| Ran just over a mile before meeting Justin at the stadium. A few minutes into our run, Thomas Heaps found us. Was a good time running with other people. haven't done that for a while haha. It was also nice to see what kind of shape I'm in, running with a few dudes who are in much better shape than me. We were hitting 6:50's while I was with them, but the last few miles I fell back. Felt decent overall though, I'm rarely running in the 6's right now so it was good to see where I was at.
